Virtual visits allow you to see and hear your Carle provider from anywhere, in addition to Convenient Care virtual visits.
These can now be conducted directly through your MyCarle account.
Please follow the below instructions to schedule a Carle Virtual Visit:
- Carle Provider – Contact your Carle Provider’s office to request a virtual visit.
- Carle Convenient Care – Log in to your MyCarle account and click Visits > Schedule an Appointment. You can then choose to schedule a Carle Convenient Care Virtual Visit.
As a participant of the Carle Employee Health Plan through Health Alliance, you can also utilize the MDLive partnership for virtual visits.
MDLive doctors can treat many urgent care issues, including fever, allergies, nausea, headache, and certain types of infections; in addition to dermatology and behavioral health conditions.
