Carle team members have the choice of two health plans
- Preferred Provider Option (PPO)
- High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
You can verify which plan you are enrolled by two methods:
- Workday - For more information on how to complete this in Workday, review the Workday Team Member and Provider Training Resources page for training videos and reference materials on TruNorth.
- Health Alliance Hally Account – View the Plan Benefits. The Plan Details section indicates whether you are enrolled in the PPO or HDHP option.
