Billing assistance and questions

Medical bills can be confusing or difficult to understand. 

Patient Financial Services is ready to help and offers several ways to get the help you need when you need it.

  • First, Patient Financial Services representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (888) 71-CARLE, (888) 712-2753. 
  • Second, Patient Financial Services team members are available for personal appointments during or after standard business hours. To schedule a personal appointment please contact them at (888) 71-CARLE, (888) 712-2753.    
  • Third, Patient Financial Services team members have offices at the following locations. Appointments are available in person, by phone or virtual. Walk-in appointments are offered between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. 
    • Carle Foundation Hospital Orchard Street Lobby
    • Carle Urbana South Clinic
    • Carle Urbana on Windsor
    • Carle Champaign on Curtis
    • Carle Outpatient Services at The Fields
    • Carle Orthopedics and Sports Medicine
    • Carle Mahomet
    • Carle Danville on Fairchild
    • Carle Richland Memorial Hospital
  • Finally, employees can connect with Patient Financial Services through MyCarle for billing questions or concerns. To access this option, first sign onto MyCarle. Then click on your menu icon, under communication click on ask a question and select customer service question. Patient Financial Services staff respond to these inquiries within two business days.   

Patient Financial Services can answer any questions you might have about the Carle consolidated bill which could include charges for Carle Physician Group, Carle Foundation Hospital, Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center, Carle Richland Memorial Hospital, Carle West Physician Group, Carle BroMenn Medical Center and Carle Eureka Hospital.
