MyCarle has self-service options for patients to access, view and pay balances.
Patients can also establish and customize automatic payment agreements or make a one-time payment. If a payment agreement is set up for automatic withdrawal, patients can reset agreements at any time to include new balances.
MyCarle provides the ability to make changes to opt for email statements and text message alerts when a new statement is available.
It also provides a detailed breakdown of balances per Carle business entity and the ability to view statements and payment history. Statements presented in MyCarle represent balances on the date of creation. New balances due after that date will not be reflected on the statement but are viewable in MyCarle, similar to how credit card companies present bills and recent transactions to customers.
