Carle Health strives to give our team members options for paying their health care bills.
We believe that the cost of healthcare should not stop our team members and patients from receiving necessary care.
For example:
- All patients are sent up to four statements and given up to 120 days to pay in full or establish a payment plan before referral to a collection agency. In addition to the statements, for most of our patients, we attempt phone calls informing them of the balance due.
- Team members can opt for a payment plan paid through payroll deduction.
- Team members can select different payment options and plans through MyCarle.
- Carle Health offers financial assistance programs to help team members and patients who may eligible for discounted or free care.
- Team members can set up in-person and phone appointments with the Patient Financial Services team.
