Setting communications preferences in MyCarle

MyCarle Communications Preferences

To change your preferences in MyCarle, please follow the directions below:

Once you are logged into MyCarle, follow these directions, which are also illustrated below:

  1. MENU – Click on menu 
  2. BILLING - Under Billing, select Billing Summary.
  3. BILLING SUMMARY - “Click here to review your Carle statement and Pay your bill online”.
  4. PROFILE - Click your initials in red (upper right of screen) or click the red arrow under Complete your Profile.
  5. CHANGE – Select change to enter your Communication Preferences.
  6. EMAIL/PHONE- Enter your email address in the email address field and click save. Enter your phone number to receive a text notification when your statement is ready for viewing. NOTE: A PIN will be sent and must be entered in the verification code field.     
  7. STATEMENT DELIVERY – Select Email and Text to start receiving E-Statements and Text Notifications.
